This Privacy Policy describes how Auxi Suite ("we", "our" or "the company") collects, uses and protects the information of users of our mobile applications: Auxi Medical, Auxi Flow and Calculadoc (collectively, "the Apps"), as well as the website auxisuite.app.

By downloading and using any of our Apps or by visiting our website, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information we do NOT collect: Our Apps function primarily locally on your device. We do not collect or store on our servers any patient data or clinical information you enter in the calculators, forms or care plans. All such information is processed and remains on your device.

Information we MAY collect:

Anonymous usage data: We may collect anonymous statistical information about app usage (which sections are visited most frequently, time in the app) to improve the user experience. This information does not personally identify you.
Contact information: If you contact us by email or through the support form, we collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiry.
Technical device information: In the event of errors or crashes in the app, we may collect technical information such as the operating system version and device model to diagnose and fix issues.
Google Play data: If you download the app from Google Play, Google may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.

2. Use of Information

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

Improving the performance, content and usability of our Apps.
Responding to your inquiries, bug reports or suggestions.
Diagnosing and fixing technical issues in the app.

3. Clinical and Patient Data

Auxi Suite Apps are designed as clinical reference tools. Any data you enter in the app (laboratory values, patient data for calculating scores, information for care plans) is processed exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to any external server.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Apps complies with local health data protection regulations applicable in their country (such as HIPAA in the United States, GDPR in Europe, or other local health and privacy regulations).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website auxisuite.app may use technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising or detailed behavioral analytics without your consent.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Firebase / Google Analytics: We may use Google's anonymous analytics tools to understand app usage behavior.

We do not integrate third-party advertising networks in our Apps.

Our Apps are intended for adult healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we detect that information from a minor has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
