These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile applications Auxi Medical, Auxi Flow and Calculadoc (collectively, "the Apps") and the website auxisuite.app, developed and operated by Auxi Suite ("we" or "the company").
By downloading, installing or using any of our Apps, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Auxi Suite Apps are reference and clinical support tools for healthcare professionals. They are not medical devices, do not replace professional clinical judgment, and must not be used as the sole criterion for making clinical decisions about patients.
The user is solely responsible for verifying the information provided by the Apps and for applying it appropriately according to their professional judgment, training, and the clinical guidelines in force at their institution and country.

Auxi Suite grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our Apps on devices you own or control, solely for the purposes described in these Terms and in accordance with them.

Some features of our Apps may require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The content of the Apps (calculators, scales, medication information, guides and protocols) has been developed based on recognized scientific sources and is reviewed periodically. However:
Auxi Suite performs periodic content updates but does not guarantee that all information is up to date at all times.
The Apps, their design, code, content, trademarks, logos and other elements are the exclusive property of Auxi Suite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
The NANDA, NOC and NIC nursing taxonomies are the property of their respective owners (NANDA International, etc.) and are used for educational and clinical reference purposes.
Some premium features may be available through a one-time payment or subscription. The specific terms of each purchase will be detailed at the time of the transaction. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play policies. Contact support@auxisuite.app for specific requests.
We strive to keep our Apps available at all times. However, we may temporarily interrupt or modify the service for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control (force majeure). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auxi Suite and its collaborators shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email if you have a registered account. Continued use of the Apps after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all usage rights granted by these Terms cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the territory where Auxi Suite operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that territory, unless the user's local laws provide otherwise.
